Rusty Lewis Buying
There were a couple of additional filings. In total yesterday's filings for Lewis's buys totaled 602.4K shares.

Rusty now owns or controls about $1.5 million shares! I don't think I've ever seen this kind of commitment by an executive or board member for this company and it's predecessor. The only other one in the past was Fattouche and I think he got most of his through company grants. chi

Based on his background, he has a tonne of experience on M&A. I have a hunch quarterhill is being setup for a takeover in the new year. ITS Spending and govt infrastructure projects will be on the incline in 2024.

I agree with a takeover , something is definitely in the works as far as Rusty is concerned. Sure is refreshing to finally see an Insider buying on the open market to the extent Mr. Lewis is showing...I've been a share holder for years and years and have never seen this kind of action before.

I see a merger as more likely than a takeover. Didn't Myers say at the last call that the goal for QTRH was to become one of the big ones in ITS. He went on to further say that there would only be room for a few in that class. That doesn't sound like a takeover to me. I'm keeping my eye on Iteris and Conduent Transportation.

Merger, takeover or tuck in acquisition, any of the 3 appeal to me.
