Here's what stockchase.com has BUY Quarterhill Inc(QTRH-T) 23/01/2024   He was the lead activist investor. Since then, they have a brand new board and management board with serious experience. A good investment tactic on QTRH would be to monitor when Takacsy will be on BNN.  LOL

Stephen Takacsy sounded even more bullish that the other times.  He said something to the effect that QTRH has been a long suffering company - 10 years - but the picture is very good.  You'll get your money back and even more over the next couple of years. I also saw the segment last night and was encouraged by Stephen Takacsy's comments and recommendations. For those long he did say you'll make money and then some in a few years time.
