The final stipulation of settlement in AMD v. Polaris was filed yesterday.  So this has been settled.  How much...we don't know.  It could be for peanuts.  However, it is more likely that there is a significant settlement since the Collabo and Eridanus Technologies were also stayed (awaiting filing of final stipulations on these two cases).  This points to a suggesting a comprehensive agreement with AMD.  There should be color at the Q4 call, possibly earlier.  I suspect certain payments to QTRH relating to the Wilan sale, like the $15M promissory note **, have first priority over disbursements to Owlpoint stakeholders.  Note that the Polaris IP is Wilan-owned so a settlement relating to this IP is more profitable as there is no profit sharing with an originator/owner of the asset.

Well it's been about 6 months since the wilan sale and for the back end milestones to happen there needs to be 3 fiscal year s to properly asses wilan s revenue stream on average............
