With over 50 years of combined experience in Tolling and Enforcement, Quarterhill brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to our customers and partners and will continue to drive the transportation industry forward around the globe.

While this change brings a new identity, our legal entities remain the same. All contracts continue to be maintained within the current legal entity, either International Road Dynamics Inc. (IRD) or International Road Dynamics Corp. (IRD).
