Q1 summary; overall, we are pleased with the Q1 results which were in line with our expectations. Revenue was $34.9 million, up 23% from last year and adjusted EBITDA improved to positive $0.2 million from negative $3.8 million in Q1 last year. Q1 solid revenue growth and significant year-over-year improvement in adjusted EBITDA reflect the work we've done in the past year to strengthen our project management, integrate operations and manage expenses. Our substantial revenue backlog at quarter end was more than US$500 million which gives us good revenue visibility for the remainder of 2024 and into subsequent years. 
 

With a foundation in place, excellent visibility on 2024 revenue and continued spotlight on costs/structure, growth initatives will ramp up.

1. Focus on new business bidding (including sales force adds)
2. European expansion 
3. Software development (buy-build) to support tolling and enforcement verticles (e.g. Red Fox)
4. Determine if technology assets can be adapted/applied to logistics niches

I don't know what more of a plan an investor in an early stage technology company could want.

Be vigilant on performance v. the cost/structure and growth goals as the year progresses.

In a real scenario the querterly numbers usually reflects the bottom line and the companies share price is the reflection PLUS FORWARD LOOKING REVS.... Feast your eyes on that, not on what might come...... looks about right at 1.50 since not even the vultures care to pick it up just yet

OK CABBIE why dont you address the 1.65 which just happens to be the low since LAST DECEMBER! YOU need to answer me my friend, unfortunatly you can not other than SPECULATE! BTW if this 1.65 does not hold good night QTRH will sink to retest the next level of lows.... wow where is the bottom? Last count over145k held, not everybody is happy with the batched start up of the new QTRH.... UNLESS
