I have also been on this one for too long, over many years.  I share the frustration, but looking forward it looks like the Board finally found the right mix of Management, Governance and Strategy.  The current team has only been in place for about a year.  The steps the company has made over the last 14 months are good ones.  I will evaluate the next few quarters to see if the
