Thanks Tcad.  So, I think a few on this board, including myself, who believe most of these shares were shorted by the person(s) who bought the convertible debentures.  So they buy the debentures, short the shares and get cash to invest.  If the stock price goes above the conversion price their profit is maxed out at the difference between the conversion price and the price they

And the shorts, who are covering their convertables, have to weigh the risk of receiving cash at maturity.  Given the unused and likely larger credit facility at that time, the cash balance and the to be collected milestone payments, the Company could very well just pay cash at maturity.  Given the exceedingly low volume on this stock versus the 2.2 million shorts, that is a big risk
