Presently the short position, including QTRHF, is over 2.6 million, representing one of the highest short positions in the company. All we need is some news on where we stand on the WiLan deal. With the Microsoft settlement, I believe Quarterhill has achieved the $8 million and $15.4 million earn outs. I have contacted Quarterhill but have not heard back from them.

staydotcalm, this is an important issue imo.  The settlement was announced on June 18th.  While some information on a milestone payout or QTRH receiving its 10% of a distribution could be part of the Q2 financials picture, information could just as easily fall into Q3.  QTRH IR is mute on the "Wilan" subject as communication seems to be direct at the CEO level.  I'

Cabbie, You are absolutely correct. I have contacted Quarterhill before and always received a response. However, this time I requested a follow-up on the WiLan/Microsoft settlement and where Quarterhill stands. My text was sent on July 9 and have heard nothing of as yet. I sent another text this morning.
