It offers stakeholders premium of 68% from yesterday's closing price of Iteris share price. If quarterhill was taken offer at the same premium it would be at $2.77. This company is worth way more than that.

Cuzco you'd get $0.20 per share for holding until the tender date. If it's 60 days, your annualized rate of return would be about 18%.

You're making sense but only part of why I usually hold till close ; it's having a cash reserve where if I decide to make an investment that I can without selling. There are people who believe in being fully invested , that's not me. When you're fully invested , you end up having to make hard choices.
