WILAN settlement

What are QTRH getting from WILAN deal? Why the silence! Did QTRH managed to fubar that contract as well or its not a MATERIAL news event? Shouldn't we shareholders heard something by now? We are part owners 10% aren't we?

Yeah what gives?  Need a forensic accountant with a major in alcholic intake abilities to figure this  out!  Years ago I thought we won 242 million with that apple suit...no no make that 85 million ..no no lets sell the company ...earnings are too lumpy...who owns what....say no more!

I have not read the underlying agreements the conmpany has with Wilan or its other 90% owners.  But guessing there is a confidentiality clause.  I also would assume that the earn outs have a time delay based on x years from the date the agreements were signed.  And value from the 10% ownership would only be realized on a sale, either to the other 90% or to third parties under the

The news release has the info we need to know anout the amounts.  Timing is another question tho.   The award was USD $242,000,000 in damages; seven years of interest and legal costs were likely to be added to this amount when the court issued it's final judgement.  If awarded, the total is in the USD $425M - $450M range.  On the Q1 call, the issue of paymetns to

Did Chuck or the CFO mention anything on wilan windfall on the call? No! Did they issue guidance forward? No! Did we sign any meaningful new contracts in the last year? No! Did the bottom line improved substantially?  No!  When will the company celebrate duble digit EBIDTA? Nobody knows, nobody even guesses! How much longer will QTRH linger sub 2 bucks and miss every MARKET ADVANCE
