Why are are the press releases of awarding contracts to Quarterhill are creating an adverse reaction to the share price ?   This seems to be a new recurring phenomina  with Quarterhill, or not? Quarterhill and formally WiLan has been by far the most challeging stock I have ever owned and one not been able to completely figure out.  I think I can speak to most people on
