The next UNS

Looking at the numbers RCH should be a potential take over target, with Uni Select UNS gone the next one should be RCH > very healthy finanacials good sales growth in the fragmented US market, a dominant position in Canada.  Virtually debt free and well implanted as a distributor it would be a superb add to a tool company.  It would be cheap to buy and is a turn key purchase. Any thoughts? It's a very quiet board normally!

Very interesting comment. RCH would be a great acquisition for the right company. The one that comes to mind for me is W.W. Grainger. The marlket cap of GWW is about 20X that of RCH so a nice size for them. Both are well run businesses.
