Control Trust represents 97% of the votes and the Chairman,
Edward, represents the Control Trust as I understand. As I understand, Edward is Chairman of the Control Trust and Rogers. Voting against Edward on the motion to remove CEO is one thing, but it's basically suicide to vote to remove him as Chairman without seeking Shareholder's approval, you basically going against the TRUST!
HOW do you think the CONTROL TRUST feel after having it's chairman fired without seeking their approval????!!!!!!!
All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing/understanding
