CEO is selling shares. Company is buying shares. WTF., one hand to another. Options: Issue a dividend with the spare cash. Or buy some business elsewhere.

so how is it that smith as able to legally sell shares just before an earnings release, doesn't seem right to me, I was looking to buy back into this one but this is one shaky market right now.

They are pre-set donations it's out of his hands this happens daily but with the amount of volume it's a middle in the hay stack
