current results are pretty good

I thought that the results today were quite good ,  especially with the price of lumber currently much lower .  I like that they are buying back shares  .  At some point , there won't be many shares to buy back because of the major shareholders  which control the company . .  The balance sheet is in fantastic shape .  I really don't want a special one time dividend ,  but I would like to see a 6 % dividend yield , raIsed annually . I have for me , a large position ( second only to Stelco ) in this stock , and I see sunny day's ahead , supported by earnings , lumber demand  and the balance sheet .  Just one retired salesman's opinion .
