In the last week someone here posted that management has many options exercisable at $4.50 or thereabouts.... We know this I not all the shares held by management and insiders. Grimshaw and others have recently bougt shares but I cannot imagine many more are held by management. I also cannot see why management would allow the company be sold for less than the assets are worth on a NPV7 basis ...more

Typos........... We know this is not all the shares held by management and insiders. Grimshaw and others have recently bought shares but I cannot imagine many more are not held by management..... They did not sell out when the company shares were selling at $10 in the last year or so.

So why aren't insiders buying more. That is why I'm still thinking buy out. At what price who knows. But if I was an insider of such a well managed company and the sp was this low then I'd be buying. Not buying now leaves them open to anounce, at anytime, the sale of the company. Building and selling is what they do. I think they will wait until oil recovers to get max value.

Tupically with public companies you cannot buy/sell shares during quarter ends. There are blackout periods.
