I think this is permanent. If you listened to the debate of last night for Canadian Federal election, there it is indirectly mentioned by all leaders except Harper, that they are going to shut down all pipelines and make Canada dependant on Solar and wind energy. Now we understand how the pipeline is shut down from last night.

The price of oil and the length of the shutdown will determine direction next week to cite the obvious-

The pipeline matter may not affect that much for next quarter, as every company on this line is utilizing the shutdown period for their own plant maintenance, which, is always due in some part of the year. The producers include these events in their annual forecast. Also, Altacorp mentioned that the producers and the pipeline operator have insurance coverage against production interruption.The
