This Just In

News alert!!!!  This just in, a new tax is to be imposed on companies producing oil.  It will be required that producers now pay to have refiners take the crude.  Reports indicate that Valero will be increasing whole sale costs of refined products to consumers due to to the extra expences involved with processing the payments.
