Unhappy shareholder/petition

Hello everyone,

I'm a long term shareholder of RMP and extremely unhapy with the performance and most importantly I'm so disappointed with management not taking any moves or communicatiing with shareholder to value their business. I personaly sent an email this morning to request some update or actions to be taken. Could you please do the same and see if managment wakes up? Are they going to sell the company, are they going to draw a road map and provide an update? Are they going to buy more shares?

Curious did you get a response yet? From my outlook they plan to aquire more land drill more wells and pump as much oil and ng they can. If someone comes around a does a take over/buyout odds are they will just say okay. Other than that they will run the company the best they can. Rumors aside watching the houses acumulating the past few weeks I still think buyout is coming.

Who has been accumulating though? Has there been increase in instituional ownership? How come the stock price has been get beaten up if takeover rumours are so strong.  Nuvista (rumoured acquiror) for sure cannot offer over $3.50 or else it becomes dilutive.

yes that is a valid point, who, if it is even a company that wants to takeover. It maybe just some high net worth investors who know the value of a good company. As for 3.50.. I'll take it and end up almost doubling..
