Will she hold at or above recent low of $1.11 if this market carnage continues, or will she fall to January low of .99 cents is my concern/question.

SP probably going to stabilize here for today and tomorrow. Maybe will go up a little tomorrow. Then probably will significantly go up after EIA report Wednesday morning. usually if there's no significant change in fundamentals, a big political news event will effect the market for only around 2 days.
