Is it true that there is an offer on the table for buy out?

I heard there is an offer from a bigger company for $1.50 a share for RMP. Is that true?Anyone else heard it or is it just a rumour?

Think you are mistaken... I did not post that an offer was out... Hope there is one but I don't think they really want to sell. They will benefit "little" from a sale. Any share they purchased over the years was more than 1.5 a share. Sure they get a lot of freebees but their own investment will be at a loss. As for how many shares... my average is 1.30.

You know everyone keeps looking at the negatives, i agree it isn't great, but.. most companies have had there credit slashed. RMP will be below the new limit by year end. The other thing that bothers me is that if one did the dd they would have also know that the wells that RMP have run dry faster than most. Myself I expected oil to recover a little faster than it has.
