Manipulation. in less than hour 1.5 mill shares traded and sp didn't even budge. Anyone have a net housr sumary to see who acumulate?

The last 30 min of trading yesterday the RSI indicator had an upward curve, while the sp remained flat. I'm sure it will be reflected at the opening bell.
