You know this for a fact? or just judging by the drop?
Comment by Abstocker on Oct 04, 2016 8:19pm
I am wondering the same thing..... a drop like that seems a bit sudden and am wondering if the bigger drop was due to stop/loss orders or if in fact it is no prospects for a deal. Holding for now.

Best case is something similar to a few small companies ive seen in past. A corp acq where they take about 80% of asset for say 1.4 or 1.6. And then remaining asset is spun out into a newco and investors get shares in capitalized newco
