Am I the only one?

Am I the only one speculating a full acquisition of RMP at a small premium? Based on the limited timeline (tick tock tick tock) the insider purchases and the debt to total asset ratio. Another hint is the previous company sales history of Rider, Meota and Poco? Maybe it's just wishful thinking.

I think there's more options open to RMP than a low ball forced sale.  Prices have improved for both gas and oil since the ugly days of August.  There's two wells with drilling plans in the works in Gold Creek and they have good sources of operated low op cost cash flow.  Still RMP does have great most undeveloped Montney assets with valuable infrastructure ...more

There was an insider trade yesterday (Coop007 missed to inform us), 35,000 @ 0.95. Anyhow, only two working days left. We should see a PR soon and I hope it won't be an extension granted by lenders. I'd rather see a deal.
