Takeover candidate

I followed RMP for a couple of years now. I know they do have debt, but at these prices to me it is a glaring takeover candidate. Could easily fetch $1.25 with the debt and monetizing the tax losses. My 2 cents.

Sorry my error - Their debts are paid. I find this stock the most undervalued in the sector at the moment. This one will pop at some point soon I figure once the market wakes up to it.
