Is there a reason why

71 millions cash and 9 millions with shares.. that would make 0,47$ a share for us.. why are we stuck at 0,52 again...

Certainly not here. Show me compagnies you can buy for 0,52 with 0,47 garanted in cash plus participation in other companie plus other claim...

Great news. Tangle Creek is supported by Arc Financial - guys always seem to make money. This cleanses the asset and becomes virtually a pure play...my guess one step closer to being bought out by Velvet Energy (who surrounds their land and is growing in that area) in a reverse takeover to have them go public.

SigmaK,   That was my first thought. It's a small neat package now, easy to sell to Velvet or whomever. But my second thought, if that is what Josh and Bison were planning, why did they hire new people from Tourmaline and Paramount and let the old stuff go which is extra cost.
