Raymond is helping Mr Young to take the company private. Price was set at $0.55. Bison is getting it cheap 100% ownership.

I've observed a good number of insider buys including Bison for millions of shares in the 70's, 80's and 90's since 2016 too so I'm not sure that Mr. Young wants the sp in the 60's.  I agree that the RJ's been a total bear on RMP/IBR for reasons that I can only speculate on and the harsh assessment doesn't make much sense to me given the large breadth of ...more
