Shareholders' Gold Council
Look at what they accomplished at Detour. Google John Paulson/Detour/Shareholders'Gold Council.
We can do the same here, amongst a few larger investors in ROXG.
You only need 5% of the shareholders to sign a consent to call a special meeting of the company to replace the BOD.
The stock gets this CHEAP for a reason. The reason being management/BOD who have managed to disenfranchise a large community of institutional shareholders and private investors whom have all dumped the stock.

Good idea, we should contact : Bill Harris Portfolio Manager at Avenue Investment Management They do own shares in ROXG. Find out how many shares they own and see if they are interested in calling up a special meeting.
