What was that?!?!

How were there 7.9 million shares traded today with the vast majority in the last 30 mins or so?

I was watching the price in the last minute of trading also, and that "huge block" of over 5 million shares only settled after the close. The volume at 4:00:15 was just over 2 million shares, so this trade happened (or settled) sometime shortly after the market closed. Makes me very suspicious as to why such an (abnormally) big trade occured ?

Who ever bought the 5+ million shares (or sold to themselves in a cross trade between 2 accounts)  yesterday, obviously had info on the stimulus package

My other thought was that it was some sort of fund re-balancing, but I wouldn't expect to see that until mid December.  A few other gold juniors had volume around the close yesterday, but nothing like ROXG as far as I can tell.
