Looks like we are close to the resistance point and also no real major interest on a buyout..

not sure why you think no interest in a buy out ----the volume on the secondary platforms indicates an instituion is buying which could be leading to a buy out

High volume could be a number of things. Remember that this stock has gone from sub .50 to 2 in less than a year. That's a great return for funds who purchased at lower prices. They may be looking to lock in gains. My hunch tells me those major trades are cross trades with major investors leaving and others coming in. Regardless, this is pure speculation.
