$335 million (Cdn $) wipeout
I have no idea why un-Fortuna-te should have been worth close to $10 per share just recently, but today's loss of $1.73 per share X 194 million outstanding = $335 million.
As others have pointed out, un-Fortuna-te shareholders should have been jumping in glee, knowing they were suddenly acquiring some very nice assets in exchange for paper of dubious value.
Maybe Roxgold shareholders will get lucky and the deal will be voted down by the silver crazies.

but should we not be getting the 40 percent upside from fridays close? or is it based on fortuna closing price?
