New Board of Trustee appointment

is   an   associate  of   George   A.   and  would  seem  to  a very  knowligible   combo   of  legal accounting ,real estate  and   business   expertise    who  might  pacify  the   secured   lenders  for awhile

Charles Pellerin and George Armoyan are joined at the hip . Armoyan is getting his people in .  The Armoyans have over 15 million shares that they have seen decimated .
