Delisting Review...

With everything going on, it is easy to forget that Slate Office Reit is under a delisting review with the TSX and I believe they have until Nov 4, 2024 to regain listing compliance. They don't have much time. Something has to happen before then either sale of properties and payment of interest on the debentures.  If they don't, would they transition to the Venture Exchange?
