I wonder if other Welch funds

bot  the   Winnipeg   properties  or  similarly  if    they   are  looking   at any  more   .  Since  they are " divorcced "   from   SOT   this   would   seem   a possibility  ?   Who  would   know  the properties  better ?

exactly!  The better occupied properties were sold.....  interesting to know who the buyer was.  Anyone have access to this info.  I only hold a few k worth of the debentures.

Yeah, so?  What difference does it make who bought it.  What if it was Armoyan, would that be better? Money is rolling in, which is positive news and the properties were sold at a decent price. The most recent press release iindicates that the Welch brothers are planning to focus "essential" real esate and not office.

Does that mean Slate Office is pivoting or Slate Asset Management?

deep   pocket  potential  buyers  For  Winnipeg   properties   would  be   Winnipeg   based  Richardson   family     ....chump  change   for them   ---they  already  hold  similar properties.
