I am not concerned about a director selling shares in a stock that is in an uptrend. I would be more concerned in a down trend! This is a very bearish post, so not sure what you are trying to achieve here...

Anybody that has watched Rupert trade over the last 4 months knows that insider selling has been followed by outstanding drill results. JW runs a tight ship.

FWIW I checked insider selling at RUP as part of my due diligence. Was not concerned at all . Since then I have purchased 20,000 shares.

Great work hawk - added 20k shares to many more I hope for your sake! I've added on each dip below $5. To my untrained eye, the chart does look like it's setting up for another push higher - I think the TAs call it a "bull flag" - hoping to get some good news next week after this US Bank Hols to give it the next push!

Interesting 3/4 of yesterday's volume was made up of director sells. Nothing suspect in it though as far as I can tell - Thomas Credland was selling options he'd been granted (at $0.175!), that's understandable given RUP is near ATH and Brimacombe has over 19m shares! So it's a tiny proportion of his holding, he's also been both buying and selling in the past.
