Alan owns too much to be selling on the open market

He sells much more than he buys.
And having a 10% holding on not the highest volume company -he sways the price.
Our leader should have a talk with him.

It looks like he might be selling again.  Probably getting antsy with that huge position of his.  I'm done buying and helping to make him richer.

What makes you think he's selling? I've not seen a SEDI report suggesting that, unless one is released later today. When he has sold, it's hardly been in size. The stock has had an amazing run, there's been little news these past few weeks so naturally people are likely to move out and onto something else. The vol has been very small so I'm not that concerned, even if we do ...more

This makes me think he's selling.  Are you for real? 2021-01-06 Brimacombe, Alan Douglas -5,300 -$30,051.00 19,651,500   2021-01-05 Brimacombe, Alan Douglas -9,700 -$57,230.00 19,656,800   2020-12-31 Brimacombe, Alan Douglas 4,000 $20 ...more

At the beginning of November he had 19,711,800 shares, this was after going on a bit of a buying spree around $5. He now has 19,651,500. So, he’s reduced his holdings by 60,300 a GRAND TOTAL OF 0.3%! That’s not what I call dumping stock. In fact over the years he's been massively accumulating stock - I won't be surprised if the next SEDIinsider post shows him buying again.

I never said he was dumping.  I said he may be selling.  Which he is.  He's not accumlating in the open market.  He's exercising his 2 cent options.  Huge difference.

Look back at his history, he's been accumulating for years! He once had half the amount of stock he has now. You are getting your knickers in a twist about him selling a tiny fraction of his holding - you really do not need to be concerned about it IMHO!
Comment by eatmorefiber2 on Jan 13, 2021 4:22pm
He's accumulating mostly through option/warrant exercises.  Like the the 1,300,000 share purchase in June of 2020 at 5 cents!  The 270,000 block at 15 cents in July.  The 203,000 block also in July at 14.5 cents, and so and so forth.  ALL of his large purchases are through options and warrants, which he then slowly liquidates a small portion of his holdings. Does he have a ...more

I still think you are worrying too much and need to remember the bigger picture. His holding is worth nearly $100m! If it was me I would probably dump the lot and move on, he's not doing that, he's been selling small size in a (mainly) rising market, then occasionally buying back on weakness. Don't you think if he didn't see a future for this stock he would be selling more ...more
