I felt the resource report a bit early. I hope it was not

rushed out in order to boost the takings of insiders playing with their options.
I question the validity of directors and such being given huge options and
dumping them into the market at the expense of shareholders.... a 3-5 year minimum hold for options - I say.
If you dont like it...... give incentives of cash.
-At least this does not cause selling pressure
and hurt the shareholders.

It's a tricky one isn't it, you could pay large cash incentives, but what's the point in that as it's not as well aligned compared to giving stock where the incentive is to create SHer value for all concerned. Unquestionably this is what James and team have achieved so far with RUP. No one wants to see a CEO get a fat pay cheque every month and just sit there doing nothing, all ...more
