Is it possible that there is not much interest in this property by larger companies due to its location. Close to Russa and the present uncertainty in general?

Possibly, but in no way should it impact as Finland is now a member of NATO.

it's been dead money since 2020 not sure what the plan is for this company news is sparse company is bidding it's time hoping for the market to turn it will turn one day but not todat maybe 2024?
