Hi folks.

As everyone knows attendance is being restricted at the AGM again this year under the guise of Covid.

Censorship is the tool used when the lie loses it’s power. (G. Orwell???)

I am urging all retail shareholders to express your disgust with this CEO and BOD by voting your feelings when the proxies are added up.

Your choices are "for", "withhold" and "against" depending on the question. If you are as dissatisfied as me by the way you have been treated by this company then vote withhold or against. Make your feelings heard. It takes less than a minute. Go to https://central.proxyvote.com/pv/web or send in your paper form.

70% of the shares are held by insiders but the 30% of retail shareholder must number in the thousands. Tell your friends and family members that own this stock to express their feelings by voting. Given the long term erosion of this stock from $7 when I bought in to $0.25 now, even though there has been remarkably promising scientific discoveries, points to nothing short of complete incompetence in the management team.
