Are they just about making 12% on their money for a year or do these people believe there's more money to be made,that is my question.

the people giving the loans have about as much chance of getting their money back as I do. never mind the interest.  12% of NOTHING is still ZERO! with all these promisary notes, how can we even afford the interest payments on all these dribs and drabs loans? this isn't a long term strategy. what a clown running the show.
