This is what Scherret has been trying to say all along. When the EV boom comes not all Nickel is created equally.

I wonder  why Sherrit is not looking at the oil sands as a future source of metals.  In the the 1980's a number of groups were saying that they represented the worlds largest deposit of precious metals, titanium and Vanadium.  The Alberta Research Council successfully piloted a Vanadium extraction method using roasting-Leaching-SX from coke, as an example.  Perhaps the ...more

Dont Forget lithium....apparently that and lots of it can be extracted as well - closer to home on all fronts related to BM's and CMs seems to me to be a smart thing to do.
