It's a very very well written and balanced thorough analysis.  I like that appears quite objective and not biased in particular.  I think one criticism I have though is in regards to one of their lesser arguments - that the conversion if NPI to matte does not add to the nickel supply as a whole - My thoughts are that it is very easy and cheap to bring new NPI production online so

Sorry it was Eramet - here is the quote - and yes I get that maybe their timing was off:  "The Tsingshan process is based on one previously practiced by Eramet’s Socit Le Nickel in New Caledonia to produce a nickel matte from ferronickel for their Le Havre Refinery. Eramet ceased nickel matte production at this facility in 2016 in part, due to the high conversion cost."

Back 12 years or so all analysis projected nickel price to double in 5 years. And thats what prompted the go ahead for ambatovy (and we all know how that ended). The price didnt double but fell 50%. So im supposed to now believe these projections going out to 2040???? No thank you. The probability of a prediction coming true decreases as the timeline increases. Always been that way always will

nothing is tumbling anywhere...  these are doldrums with zero volume.  when volume returns it will move up, not down

I'm giving today to Sachmo.  Yes it is a (modestly) high volume day and the price is up so far (so weak win for me) but the majority of the volume was just one guy disgorging 500k+ shares as low as 40.5c....  And the up volume was actually minimal.  My thesis and faith remain unchanged however.
