Is for China to step in and rescue this mutt with a capital injection in exchange for a 33% stake in the Moa JV. Not for the nickel (China has plenty of that in Indonesia), but to lock in a second source of cobalt in case the DRC screws them over there.

Your on to something ....as DRC issues will continue and is a powder keg on every front .....S needs to tap into the only primary "Canadian" based cobalt source at the Nico deposit 1000 mi North in the NWT which contains substantial cobalt and all the gold we could ask for to pay for the cost and put hundreds of millions in to the bank .....with that we could start popping the nails in
