Oversupply of Directors

It's very strange that we keep getting more directors who bring no innovation or value to tightly strung company. The tech division is laughable and 10 years behind reality. Better off relocaitng capital to a junior nickel company. Why dish out more salary? Why do these directors have no shares? It's like a double scam from both Cuba and management team which steals from the company.

I think that the new director is replacing one who stepped down earlier this year (Tim Baker?). Even so, it might be a god time to reassess the size of the board and their remuneration? mas75

That's the way the world works. It's an old boys club. They all know each other. They don't give a fkkk about the company. In fact when they see a company is failing they invite all their buddies in. Because they'll pocket a few million for their "efforts to turn it around". But in reality all they are there for is to milk a few million n put in their pockets and then a ...more
