Earnings estimate?

Anybody have a earnings estimate for this Qtr?

Well unless they were hiding sales from earlier in the year I wouldn't expect anything blockbuster. They have reported that the didn't make up for the lost production from the plant outages throughout the year and continued to have less then average production for the 4th quarter. If they break even I would be surprised, most likely another year of losses. Wont be any better this year (imo ...more

As has been pointed out by some of the accountant types on this Board in the past, you should be focused on cash flow and not income.  While the historic distortions caused to the income statement by things like the investment in Ambatovy are slowly winding there way out of the financial statements they are still not a good proxy for the business.  Case in point the year to date ...more

Probably right but I think Sherritt has lost all good will from the market.  They need to demonstrate profitability or I fear the market will continue to ignore them.
