Board of Directors

Sooooooo, Tim Baker left and was replaced by
Peter Hancock and now we have Chih-Ting Lo added to the mix. Where does this end and shareholders start to see a benefit to all this horsepower?

I'd say that Sherritt is positioning themselves to appeal to a wider audience by making moves that score positively from a corporate governance perspective (ESG). A female vice chairwoman- a carbon expert etc.

If they needed a carbon expert, why not go after Greta Thunberg. That would have been a home run, a carbon expert, a female and and just past adolescence .............. jk.
