HELLOOO??

Is sherritt not suppose to be a nickel stock? Last time i checked it was! Last time I checked Nickel almost hit $14 and Sherrit is up one measily penny? This piece of cr@p never fails to disappoint! Like we should atleast be above the 52 week high already! It's only 10am and this thing makes me want to have a drink already!

I guess there are too many of us long.  Need some big fund to come in to buy it.  Analysts will need to change price deck on Ni, move PT on stock and maybe change their overall thesis on Ni and S.  Like always, they will play catch-up.

Agreed. Last year the comapny reported Q1 results April 28. If Sherritt can actually make some serious money at these commodity prices and if these prices are sustainable the  long suffering stakeholders may actually make some money.  GLTA\

At some point this stock gets repriced. You can't chase these commodity prices but if it sustains for a month or two, then look out. You will wake up one day and it will be at 1.10$ on its way to 2.00. Don't forget that Sherritt typically receives a 10% premium to the spot price, so for a pound made today, is fetching close to $16.00. Once next quarter proves out how much cash these guys ...more

Agreed on all but there are structural tailwinds for all commodities that have been building for the last two years as capital fled traditional fossil fuel energy risk and soemhow didn't think mining was required to develop critical battery metals for their left's woke renewable sustainable future.  Now they are short all commodities.  IE, this price move in commodities has been ...more

Fully agree.  Also forgotten about is their tech potential for upgrading WCS to premium synthethetic at much lower cost. Not only does this save money processing but also frees up pipeline space because diluent is not needed for pipline transport with premium blends unlike WCS.

I agree with your assessment of the structural nature of the trend and tailwinds, as well as your approach on buying (0.65 or 0.71...), but the comment about the "...left's woke sustainable future" and that "THEY are short all commodities..." might be laying it on a little thick. can't everybody just get along lol? Left, right or center, it won't matter what your ...more

Simply just makes a better buying opportunity for anyone who thinks they see clearly in this fog. There's always uncertainty, especially with this stock. I've had my money wrapped up in this so long I'm just looking for an exit and I have my price... as an investor I hope this commodity cycle has legs, as a consumer I hope there's a reasonable ceiling or we will all be feeling much ...more

I've endured much pain, but these last few years have been a blessing. All my major investments are up, oil and gas, nickel, and I'm just looking for my exit on all of them.. I think there's more appreciation but playing the long game on any of these boom busts is risky.

If you're unhapppy sell. I now look forward to quarterly results.  They longer the metals run lasts the more people will pile in.  Im more surprised that there are still sellers here than there are few to no buyers.

Has anyone had a look at Note 18 of the 2021 Annual Report (pages 108 and 109)?  "Share based Compensation Plans", more sepcifically Cash-settled share-based compensation plans. Between RSUs, PSUs and DSUs there appear to be 66 million plus of the RSUs and PSUs outstanding which settle for cash. There are also 4 million plus DSus outstanding which also settle for cash. I am sure ...more
