They handed out more in share based compensation ($26mil)
than they recieved from the JV.... alas i guess this is a side effect of doubling share price. contrarian warned us.

As predicted, over 80mm of adjusted ebitda. TD had 27mm. Send it...that was a blowout quarter and we are halfway through the second quarter with higher (even tho it has sold off last few days a bit) nickel prices. Stock should be above $2.00 and would still be trading at cheaper a valuation than you long time holders were holding it years ago.
