I think the Excess Cash Flow sweep pays out 2x/yr and is next calculated for the 1H22 and paid out in Oct/22. The amount they buy back is deducted from the formula on the Excess Cash Flow Sweep of what they will need to buy back in Oct/22 as it relates to Min Liquidity of $75mm or more.
