Anyone else notice that The Vale sulfate refinery at Becanour is at 100 percent capacity to GM even before it is built?

Yes. Vale signed a multi year contract with GM to supply battery nickel. Unfortunately Vale is not a pure nickel play so it only adds marginal revenue to them. But it shows how sad it is that the Cuban embargo still exists. Sherritt has missed out on so many such recent deals between EV makers and miners.
